Dalian OM CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is based in Lingang Industrial Park, Dalian Emerging Industry Economic Zone, Liaoning, China. We integrate high-end CNC machine tool R&D, precision manufacturing, customized solutions and full-lifecycle services.

Our specialist R&D, engineering, assembly and machining teams focus on precision CNC manufacturing. Carefully selected components from leading domestic and international brands, high-quality materials, high-precision imported production machine tools, dedicated inspection equipment and rigorous production standards support the quality and reliable performance of every machine.

Our core in-house-developed product is a turning and grinding center dedicated to metal-seated eccentric butterfly valves. Our range also includes vertical turning-milling centers, CNC vertical lathes and twin-exchange-table machines.

From materials to assembly.

Rigorous material selection
Strict adherence to assembly procedures

High-rigidity HT350 castings

High-rigidity castings are standard for the machine bed. Each casting carries a dedicated identification code, with individual inspection and heat-treatment reports available.

QT400 material

The worktable, slides and crossrail slides use QT400 material for high rigidity, heavy load capacity and stable operation.

Precision in assembly

From torque-controlled fastening to hand scraping and precision fitting, every machine is assembled by specialists following strict technical procedures.

TRACEABILITY

One component. One identification code.

Each component has its own code identifying its machine model, location and drawing number, simplifying assembly, maintenance and replacement.

Rigorous quality inspection

Before assembly, all machine components undergo rigorous accuracy checks using specialized inspection equipment.

Bridge-type CMM: Measures dimensions and geometric tolerances of large components
Laser interferometer: Nanometer-level positioning and geometric tolerance measurement
Ballbar: Diagnoses coordinated two-axis motion
